Spent this wk fruitfully by catching up with my uni and sec sch frens. Last sunday, I met up with uni frens at marina square to eat at the jap restaurant, azaru sabo. Here were pictures of the place, us and the food and desserts we had...

The ice-cream banana dessert i strongly recommend to order..it comes with separate hot chocolate for you to pour onto the dessert...yum yum

This was the first gathering after graduation. We talk and complain abt our work. But stil, we catch up on how each of us are doing now. Gambate leeyong and florence in their studies in NIE and jolandar in her lab work.
Just yesterday...i went wif my bro to watch the fireworks. My bro got 2 tix from M1 and we got the chance to sit on the floating platform gallery to watch the fireworks. So excited as i have only watch fireworks on tv before. Took quite alot of pictures..real difficult to capture the fireworks as they were too fast.. Here is the slideshow of the pictures we took...
Real nice hoh...squeezing out of the gallery with 27 thousands ppl after the show was well worth it to get a close view of the fireworks.
So today, met up wif the happy folks gang..4 of us to settler's cafe. Superb cafe...a relaxing environment to play games wif frens, though some games made us nerve-wrecking..haha. After that..went to coffee club for cake n coffee. Pics that i took..the cake..reverse-bungee jump and clarke quay landscape..

Depressed..frustrated..irritated..my mood for this week.
Depressed---> Find work rather routine and boring now. This company has really limited analytical instruments for me to learn. Dun feel recognised in this company coz I m not the researchers. Oh my..2 mths and I have this feeling. I need to at least work 10mths more before I can gain enuff experience to jump to another job. Gambate nei!!!
Frustrated and irritated---> I am reali suai enuff to have meet not one but two guys that i m so pissed off. Ok..i m bad to bad-mouth others..but I will explode if I dun blog or say it out. This guy i shld call him WC. I m kind enuff to help him and others da bao lunch..having abt 5 orders..so I got confused...one with mee pok..one with mee kia..the mee pok with chilli..the mee kia w/o chilli..blah blah...Ok, so i complain abit to him, here's how he replied in mumbling tone " confused mei !...only 2 ba cho mee order wa..nxt time i will buy lo !" Worst..he was the one encouraging us to walk to mrt station after work..but now he finds it tiring. Instead of taking the bus himself, he continued to join us while complaining all the way we walk too slowly.. saying he might as well join serena to take bus.
The other guy is the ang moh analy chemist..super lazy. He can spent the whole day sitting in front of the comp to watch U-tube and he cant work on mondays. There's this incident when he informed me to tell him when i m doing the weighing balance testing.. so on a monday, i came out of lab to his desk to tell him i m doing now..he bo hiew me by deliberately treating me like glass...while i was standing rite beside him. Guess wat he replied me after i tell him? "Oh..not on mondays!!!" and gave me a black face..followed me into lab. Each of us has to do a testing ourself..but he asked me to help him do while he sat beside me n gave "eye-power". Wats the pt of working as a chemist when he is not willing to spend time in lab!! N he likes to make a fuss out of small things..he will trace the person who used his things and not return to the exact location..sending mass mail to warn ppl not to use his things...hai..he reali got a lot of time..
I reali learn alot in this 2 mths of work..dun judge a book by its cover and it takes a while to understand someone. I have come to appreciate more of kind gestures tat I receive and not take things for granted.
