Out island hopping yesterday with my colleagues and their friends. Grew to like more of island, beaches, blue sky and coconut trees. Zhaowei's friend came from China for business trip, so we brought her out to relax.
First stop was St John's Island, we saw something that got us so excited...which were the chickens...live ones..haha. Seldom had the chance to see live ones in the city. But the moment they saw us, they ran away quickly..

You can see the beautiful city landscape from the island, with the ferris wheel also well in sight.

So we went picking seashells before walking to the neigbouring island, Lazarus Island. Never heard of this island before, until Zhaowei told me that she saw really beautiful beach, with greenish-blue sea there. True enough, its really clear and just like swimming pool waters.

Me!!

We climbed up the water barrier to continue taking pictures. And my colleague's brother's girlfriend did a wonderful yoga posture..cool...

Beautiful...

We sat near the beach to have a game of snake and ladder which never ended, because we kept got eaten by the snakes.. and we were so tired that we decided not to play anymore :)
Next we took the ship to another island, kusu island. I remember going there many years ago when I was about 5 years old. Now I am back!!

Many tortoises...

After landing back on singapore mainland, we went to clark quay for dinner before going home. Its a really fruitful trip and a relaxing one.
And congrats Singapore on getting her olympic medal after 48 years... So proud..Though a lot of people say that they are not true-blue singaporeans, but I cant help feeling excited and nervous when they were playing on friday, and I was always trying to get the latest results in company. To me, they had really played hard for Singapore..Thanks a lot.
